There is ample City buses to transport you from the airport to Waikiki. The HUI will be providing a bus service between the Ilikai Hotel and the Waipio Complex daily.

The exact schedule will depend on a review of the final schedule; then a scheme will be developed to cost effectively get all the participants from the hotels to the fields as efficiently as possible. In general, we envision a few big shifts of buses in the morning, a small one around noon, then a few big ones at the end of the day, timed to get people to the games in time to warm up.

The most frequently asked question regarding the busing has been: Will the bus be going to the outlying Ohana Hotels? At this time the plan is to have the bus go to the Ilikai only. There is no available bus staging area near the other Ohana hotels and traffic can be so bad that you can walk there just as quickly anyway. We think you will enjoy the 1 km (0.6 mile) walk to the other hotels; being on the beach in Hawaii taking in the sun, surf, and sand can be sort of a nice way to start and end the day.
