Team Registration & Fees

As of May 14, teams shall use the roster template supplied here, team roster sheet (MS Excel spreadsheet). If you don't have Excel, an Adobe PDF version is here for you to look at. It is up to you to fill out a spreadsheet, using whatever software you have. If you need help, get it. The roster sheets will feed our database, so text files, such as Word, WordPerfect will not work and will not be accepted.

Here is what you have to do. Fill out the template and send it to HUI (Kristin Asmus: e-mail removed). HUI will forward a copy onto WFDF.

Player Photos - Teams will be responsible to get player photos digitized (scanned in or taken digitally) and mailed to HUI via floppy disk or CD-do not e-mail. The roster sheet has specific instructions. Basically, we want low resolution JPEG photos (of the players face-no other part of the body) w/a print size of 2 inches (2.5 cm). Name each player's photo file as their last name, hyphen, then first name (w/out a spaces) then .jpg. (ex: marley-robert.jpg) I suggest e-mailing the roster to Kristi, then also including it on the media with the team photos.

For those teams who have already sent in their rosters and photos, HUI will get them into the proper format-YOU DON'T NEED TO DO IT AGAIN. For those who haven't done so yet. Player Registration & Fees

$175/player, 10% Late fee after June 4, 2002.
Sponsored Guest fees are $50. No team fees

If a team withdraws from the tournament after registering, their slot will not be automatically taken by another team from that country. The next slot will be offered to the next eligible country on the list.

All team names and contacts must be registered with the Chair of the Ultimate Committee (Charlie) who will pass the contact details on to Grant and Getty in Hawaii. Many of you have done this already and thank you. For those yet to do so I suggest you get a move on!! Please do not register any teams with HUI 2002 without having done so via Charlie. Only national and team reps will be communicated with directly by Charlie and HUI 2002. Please do not expect us to answer any mails concerning any aspect of the event from individual players. All information is on the web site or will be held by team reps and national reps. Please let your players know this.
