Qualifying Method for The World Games 2013

alt The Ultimate Frisbee events of The 2013 IWGA World Games will take place in Cali, Colombia, from 28 to 30 July 2013.

The WFDF has published the Qualifying System for WFDF Ultimate World Games Events.

Based on the results of the 2012 WFDF World Ultimate Championships in Sakai, Japan, the following countries have qualified for participation in the 2013 World Games: USA, Canada, Great Britain, Colombia, Australia and Japan.

WFDF representatives met with the 2013 The World Games Organisers from Cali during Sportaccord in London. The Ultimate event will take place from 28 to 30 July 2013 in the Pascual Guerrero Main Stadium. Six teams with a total quota of 78 athletes are going to compete. Directors of the Chilean Olympic Committee meet with The World Games Organization in Cali to learn about the progress of the Organizational Committee and visit the sports Scenarios. The International Volleyball Federation revealed the results of the draw for the beach volleyball tournament of The World Games 2013 which will be held from August 1st to 4th at the Cañaveralejo Bullring in the city of Cali. With the participation of Venezuela, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Colombia, the Dancesport Training Course for aspiring coaches and judges organized by the World Dancesport Federation, will be held from the 23rd to the 26th of May as this sport will be in competition during The World Games 2013.
