Responsibilities - President

• Chair Board and Executive Committee meetings and the annual Congress
• Oversee activities of Executive Director, other consultants and volunteer staff
• Develop WFDF's strategic plan and set the agenda for Congress, Board, and Executive Committee meetings
• Develop one-year operational plans
• Act as spokesperson for WFDF and direct WFDF's relations to external organizations
• The President shall be the chief executive officer of WFDF. (by-laws)
• The Board of Directors may authorize the President to enter into or execute and deliver any instrument in the name of and on behalf of WFDF. Such authority may be general or confined to specific instances. (by-laws)
• Read all correspondence on wfdf-executive mailing list
